HOW TO GET A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE,  PAY YOUR INVOICE OR UPDATE YOUR MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

 

1. Login to www.GASN.org


If you have never been here, you will need to choose to set up a new Membership Profile and complete ALL fields.  Make sure you use an email that you will check when you are NOT in school.



2. Once you are logged in, you will see a screen like this:

3. Click on "My Profile" beneath the picture

4. Choose the drop down menu for "My Profile"

NOTE:  You can update your information here if you need to change your school name, phone, etc.


5. Select "Invoices" from the drop down menu

6. Once you are into the invoice section, you will see all invoices relating to YOU. Pick the invoice for the year and click on the relevant ID number

7. Choose DOWNLOAD INVOICE at the bottom of the invoice. This should download a PDF that will allow you to save the invoice so you can forward to your school for payment OR for your files

8. When a box pops up at the bottom of the screen, be sure you either download the PDF, or select "Save As" in order to save the document to your computer

**IF YOU WANT TO PAY THE INVOICE – choose the PAY INVOICE option and PAY**
